We know childcare fees are a big part of choosing a centre. This page explains our daily fee, what’s included, and how Child Care Subsidy (CCS) may help reduce your out of pocket cost.

Our Daily Fee
Daily fee: $149 per day
Our fee includes:
Fresh meals and snacks prepared at the centre
All learning resources and everyday essentials
Daily learning experiences guided by our educators
Because we are a small, family run centre, we also take the time to get to know your child and your family, which helps us support smoother drop offs, consistent routines, and a more connected experience.
Fees are reviewed periodically. If our fees change, families are provided with notice in line with requirements.
Four annual make‑up days when your child is unwell
Extra public‑holiday make‑up day for permanent Monday or Friday bookings (used within the same month)
One‑month transition of reduced‑rate half days to ease into full‑day attendance
Unlimited play‑and‑stay sessions to help your child feel confident and connected

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Explained
You may be eligible to claim Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to assist with your early learning fees.
CCS is a payment from the Australian Government that helps reduce the cost of care for eligible families. Most families, except some non residents, are eligible for some level of subsidy.
To apply, families need a Customer Reference Number (CRN) through Services Australia and must complete a CCS claim via their myGov account.
If you are approved for CCS, your fees will be reduced based on the percentage you are assessed for by Services Australia. The subsidy is paid directly to the centre and lowers the amount you pay.
Since 5 January 2026, the 3 Day Guarantee has given every CCS-eligible family at least 72 hours of subsidised care a fortnight, which is 3 days a week. Families can get up to 100 hours a fortnight if each parent does more than 48 hours of recognised activity, such as work or study, or has a valid exemption. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children can also get 100 hours. Your CCS percentage is worked out the same way as before, and you pay the gap between the subsidy and your fee.
