Fees and Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Fees at Safe n Sound Clarkson

We know childcare fees are a big part of choosing a centre. This page explains our daily fee, what’s included, and how Child Care Subsidy (CCS) may help reduce your out of pocket cost.

If you would like a personalised quote based on your child’s days and start date, you can book a tour or send us an enquiry.

Our Daily Fee

Daily fee: $146 per day

Our fee includes:

  • Fresh meals and snacks prepared at the centre

  • All learning resources and everyday essentials

  • Daily learning experiences guided by our educators

Because we are a small, family run centre, we also take the time to get to know your child and your family, which helps us support smoother drop offs, consistent routines, and a more connected experience.

Fees are reviewed periodically. If our fees change, families are provided with notice in line with requirements.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Explained

You may be eligible to claim Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to assist with your early learning fees.

CCS is a payment from the Australian Government that helps reduce the cost of care for eligible families. Most families, except some non residents, are eligible for some level of subsidy.

To apply, families need a Customer Reference Number (CRN) through Services Australia and must complete a CCS claim via their myGov account.

If you are approved for CCS, your fees will be reduced based on the percentage you are assessed for by Services Australia. The subsidy is paid directly to the centre and lowers the amount you pay.

From January 2026, every CCS‑eligible family will receive 3 days of subsidised care each week. This support is for all families — whether you’re working, studying, seeking work, navigating life as a single parent, or preparing for a new baby and wanting your toddler to connect, play and thrive- the support is there for you.

If you are unsure where to start, we are happy to guide you through the process.

If you are exploring enrolment, a tour is the quickest way to see the centre, meet the team, ask questions and talk through availability and start dates.
